The last time I posted a capsule wardrobe post, one of you asked me to create a capsule that came from one store and it put my mind in motion. I immediately thought of LOFT as a place I could do just that. Their petite section fits me in every aspect and many of their items mix and match well. Plus, when they run a sale, everything is affordable. So, today I’m starting with a week’s worth of outfits, but next week, I’ll be taking these same items ( and maybe a couple more) and creating multiple outfits with them for a capsule wardrobe/10 items 20 outfits style post.

Monday
Monday’s outfit is a simple one – pants and a top. The top is basic t-shirt material but has eyelet puff sleeves that dress it up a bit. It fits me true to size in Petite XXS. The pants are a great length and have a little stretch to them. I’m wearing them in the curvy fit in Petite 00.

Tuesday
Pictures don’t do this dress justice! It’s so comfortable and is fully lined. Another plus, it came out of the packaged unwrinkled, so I could see this one being very wash and wear. It’s true to size for me in Petite XXS.

Wednesday
I’ve been really into charcoal jeans lately. This pair is rigid with a high-rise and a straight cropped leg. They run true to size for me Petite 00. I know that jeans may not work for everyone on a Wednesday, but my goal with apost like this is just to give ideas and options. This top also looks great with black pants if that’s more in line with your dress code. The top is true to size in Petite XXS.

Thursday
I used the same black pants from Monday for Thursday’s outfit and added a classic white top and gray coatigan. I have the white top tucked here, but it’s a longer tunic length that looks great worn casually with jeans as well. The coatigan is one of those things that’s hard to find in petite, they can be really big and bulky on someone who is short – so I was really excited to find this one at LOFT! Everything in this outfit is true to size for me.

Friday
Blazer on top, jeans on the bottom – perfect for casual Friday or for those of you who are working from home. The blazer fits beautifully in petite, the sleeves are a great length and the shoulders aren’t oversized, even in this boyfriend fit. I picked a pair of high-rise jeans because I like the way they look with a top tucked in, but there is also a mid-rise version here if you prefer that fit. Everything in this outfit except for the jeans runs true to size. I would size up in the jeans. I’ll also include a very similar outfit pairing with different jeans and heels.

Saturday
LOFT brought back a lot of mid-rise jeans options and I know many of you will appreciate that! This mid-rise pair isn’t as tight in the waist as the high-rise pair making them perfect for a comfortable weekend outfit. As it gets further into fall, I would wear this one with booties.

Sunday
I’m wearing the same jeans as above in this outfit and threw on a comfortable top that looks great untucked. The top fits well in my typical size, but the neckline is a little low so I added a cami underneath. The fabric is also wash and wear and doesn’t wrinkle easily.
