Planning to go to a college football game at CCU? THE place to stop by for a quick bite is Pizza Town. Famous for a nice thick Sicilian slice- the crust is the crispiest! They have a small sit-down seating area but mostly is for take-out. They always have great deals even on the weekends.
Vicini’s Restaurant and Pizza – Location: 5001 N. Kings Hwy. Myrtle Beach
This restaurant is cozy, intimate with a family-style atmosphere. Known for its crispness and sweet sauce. Some claim “it’s the best they have ever had”! Visitors keep coming back.
Scatori’s Pizzeria – Location: 1399 South Commons Dr. Myrtle Beach
Very cheesy pizza- never stingy. Has an impeccable reputation for excellent dishes, and huge portions. Also, the best-tasting pizza in Myrtle Beach- the locals have been coming to Scatori’s for years! A hidden gem for sure!

Hot Tomato serves up NY-style brick oven pizza and other Italian meals. Customers on Trip Advisor claim, that “the food and service are awesome!!”

Gino’s Real New York Pizza – Located at 3521 Belle Terre Blvd Forestbrook Village, Carolina Forest, MB
The owner Gino is from Astoria so he knows his pizza! New York Themed-style restaurant- just stop in and visit and have a crispy slice. Enjoy the scenic framed pictures of New York City landmarks and subway maps! According to Gino, what makes a good pizza is a sturdy stiff crust, and should stand up to the toppings. See for yourself!
Causeway Pizza – Located at 211 Atlantic Blvd Garden City
If you’re staying in Myrtle Beach you will have to travel down south a few miles. It is definitely worth it! Their pizza is hands down one of the best-tasting pizzas in the Myrtle Beach area. Is it the sauce, the brick over, or the crust? They put garlic butter on the pizza as it’s cooking, even on the crust, the sauce is sweet tasting. We like to eat ours right on the pier- just walk on down and enjoy the sights.
Coast Pizza– 9660 N Kings Hwy. Myrtle Beach,
Opened several years ago, Coast Pizza has quickly gained popularity as the best-tasting pizza in Myrtle Beach. The owners have succeeded in starting an eatery that has good quality food- as mentioned on their website. So if you are looking for a different take on pizza it’s strongly suggested to pop in. The latest specialty pies include the Trenton Tomato Pie & the mustard pie- yum!!
